Phillip has a Diploma of Community Services & Social Work, plus a Trade Certificate in Bricklaying which includes 16 years being self-employed and having employees.

Phillip also has the qualification of a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.

Phillip brings a range of skills to Feenikx Counselling & Mediation, including 8 years in Family Dispute Resolution, 15 Years in Foster Carer, plus 10 years in Suicide Intervention & EAP Counselling.

Specific skills & experience Phil has includes, Grief & Loss, Men’s Relationships, Family Separation, Depression, Anger Management, Family Violence, Life Skills and Self-Esteem Issues.

Phillips personal belief is ‘Life is difficult from time to time for all people and can bring some unexpected surprises, events and challenges. Some we can manage and at other times support is encouraged’.




Andrea Lane moved back to Tasmania from the mainland in 2008. She has been working with separated families on the NW Coast of Tasmania since 2009.

Andrea is a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner registered with the Attorney Generals Office. She has been assisting separating families to build child focused parenting plans in a humane compassionate manner. 

 Andrea is registered to Issue 60I certificates that allow families entry into the family court system. 

Andrea ran extensive workshops for separating parents focusing on what children need after family separation over many years on the North West Coast of Tasmania. She understands and works with the best interests of the children, given their age and stage of development. 

Andrea comes to Feenikx with many years of experience and looks forward to assisting many more families in the future.

Lynnese Pease is a qualified Counsellor, Community Welfare and Family Support worker. She is a Living Longer Living Stronger accredited instructor and has also has a qualification in Fitness.

Lynnese brings extensive skill and experience to Feenikx having worked in both community and government sectors with families, children, young adults and older individuals providing support and education, training, counselling, pastoral care and referral.

Lynnese focuses on supporting people to create a healthier, happier, and stronger life and can assist individuals to make change that is meaningful and significant to them.

Lynnese can work with individuals experiencing, Grief, loss, personal and life change, health challenges, anxiety, stress, parenting or relationship difficulties.

Lynnese can also work withindividuals seeking to strengthen self-esteem, personal capacities and coping strategies, life skills, health, fitness and wellness motivation.

Lynnese is committed to the delivery of empathetic and compassionate service and care working within a creative, motivational, and strength-based framework.

I am an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, currently working part-time with Interrelate’s Family Relationship Centre in Newcastle, while in association supporting the team at Feenikx Counselling and Mediation, by private practice.

I am accredited with the Attorney Generals’ Department and an active member of the Resolution Institute.

Originally from Tasmania, I moved to the beautiful Hunter Valley region in 2015.

I have worked extensively in the community services and employment service sector, including being a trained enrolled nurse, before gaining my Family Dispute Resolution accreditation and Child Consultancy training in 2009/2010, working with Catholic Care Tasmania. In May of 2020, I completed the Gradate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution, in updating my skills and by prior recognition of learning.

I am experienced in both parenting and property/financial matters, in a child focused and child inclusive practice model. I deem my approach of mediation with clients as facilitative, transformative and E-mediation, with a client centred approach. I provide case management and referrals, as identified with each parent or the party’s/family’s needs present.

I provide legally assisted mediation, court mandated mediation Zoom/Video Conference, along with individual phone assessments with clients.
