Administration Support

Rosey Walker has a Certificate 4 in Administration, with 10 year’s experience in Government Agency, 4 years in the Mining Industry, 7 years being a stay at home mum to two children & a partner.

Rosey is a loving, caring person and loves to help people.




Petra holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling specialized in Family and Grief and Loss. Petra also has a master’s degree in Solution Focused Therapy and is a qualified Clinical Supervisor.

Petra is Spiritually aware listener, experienced counsellor/case manager/supervisor, skilled multi-cultural coach with self-drive and people motivation skills. Expert in Solution Focussed Therapies. Experienced working with families, individuals, students, graduates, and international volunteers working in rural health & education service delivery. Developed programs to deal with Grief and Loss, reduce the occurrence, and treat, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, alcohol, or substance abuse.

Petra has worked for 20+ years successfully with Children, Adolescents, Individuals and Families –
all dealing with an array of issues. She has navigated problems, ranging from smaller scale issues to serious mental health issues. Petra has a lot of experience working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. She has worked in The Netherlands, Indonesia, East Timor, Solomon Islands, Philippines, Vanuatu, and Australia.

Lynnese Pease is a qualified Counsellor, Community Welfare and Family Support worker. She is a Living Longer Living Stronger accredited instructor and has also has a qualification in Fitness.

Lynnese brings extensive skill and experience to Feenikx having worked in both community and government sectors with families, children, young adults and older individuals providing support and education, training, counselling, pastoral care and referral.

Lynnese focuses on supporting people to create a healthier, happier, and stronger life and can assist individuals to make change that is meaningful and significant to them.

Lynnese can work with individuals experiencing, Grief, loss, personal and life change, health challenges, anxiety, stress, parenting or relationship difficulties.

Lynnese can also work withindividuals seeking to strengthen self-esteem, personal capacities and coping strategies, life skills, health, fitness and wellness motivation.

Lynnese is committed to the delivery of empathetic and compassionate service and care working within a creative, motivational, and strength-based framework.

Janelle Throw – Grad. Dip. Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution

I am an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, currently working part-time with Interrelate’s Family Relationship Centre in Newcastle, while in association supporting the team at Feenikx Counselling and Mediation, by private practice.

I am accredited with the Attorney Generals’ Department and an active member of the Resolution Institute.

Originally from Tasmania, I moved to the beautiful Hunter Valley region in 2015.

I have worked extensively in the community services and employment service sector, including being a trained enrolled nurse, before gaining my Family Dispute Resolution accreditation and Child Consultancy training in 2009/2010, working with Catholic Care Tasmania. In May of 2020, I completed the Gradate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution, in updating my skills and by prior recognition of learning.

I am experienced in both parenting and property/financial matters, in a child focused and child inclusive practice model. I deem my approach of mediation with clients as facilitative, transformative and E-mediation, with a client centred approach. I provide case management and referrals, as identified with each parent or the party’s/family’s needs present.

I provide legally assisted mediation, court mandated mediation Zoom/Video Conference, along with individual phone assessments with clients.




Sharryn Willoughby moved to Tasmania in May 2021. She believes practising an attitude of unconditional, positive regard for others has been pivotal in successfully working with her clients to achieve improved mental health and wellness.

Sharryn is a qualified Counsellor with many years experience in rural and remote areas of Australia. She has counselled individuals, families, couples, and children, assisting and equipping clients to deal with conflict, identify personal triggers, frustrations and acquire tools to better manage anger. Sharryn helps clients experiencing grief and loss, and dealing with anxiety and depression. She also has experience in the area of Healing the Family Tree.

As a Coordinator of a Community Services program teaching parenting and life skills, Sharryn has built effective trust with families and worked as an advocate and mentor.

With a passion for seeing families and individuals grow and develop Sharryn looks forward to working collaboratively with clients to see them excel.
